Before working with you, my experience put realtors about one notch higher than used car salesmen. But you’ve changed my opinion of that COMPLETELY — at least where you are concerned (I’m still not convinced you aren’t sadly in the minority of your profession… but that’s another story).
I appreciated how understanding you were of my limitations and all my requirements (i.e. get me lots of house with lots of requirements for little money, etc.).
You were a great coach for a first-timer buyer — taking an extraordinary amount of time to explain things and discuss them (and half the time I suspect I just wanted to re-hash things a lot because I was excited or stressed or confused and you always found time to discuss it far longer than I would’ve expected). I appreciated your helping me in all aspects — discussing financial issues, working with finesse when the listing broker was rather difficult to work with, giving me pep talks when I had my heart broken losing a place (and how right you were that the one that finally came along was so much better!!…), researching stacking washer dryers that fit units we’d looked at (that was definitely above and beyond the call of duty!) — but above all, you never gave up. When we had exhausted the database and I had given up, you were calling expired listings to see if any were interested in selling, and you kept looking and kept encouraging me even when I’d given up and assumed I’d have to wait for spring.
Your commitment to your clients is awe-inspiring — like the time you rang me on the way to the hospital to apologize for not being able to accompany me ot an open house and go by another property to measure something, because you had to go to the hospital and then, on the way home from the hospital, you stopped by that property and measured it! That’s dedication!
I can’t say enough good things. You have the highest level of my respect (and more) for your dedication and professionalism and how easy you are to work with. And, after seeing your response when we saw properties that were poorly represented by the listing agents — when you pointed out to me what they hadn’t done and should’ve done to better sell the property — you will undoubtedly be the person I call when it comes time to sell this place (that is, if you are still in business that long .

Great news! Even better, I was informed that I am FINALLY on record! I want to thank both of you for all of your hard work and diligence staying on these people during this entire process. You could have gone through the motions but you both went above and beyond your jobs to make sure of my best interest. My husband and I were the typical first time buyers. We had hundreds of questions and feared we would do something wrong. Luckily for us Jeremy is not your typical real estate agent.
